Dialectical Behavior Therapy

An African American woman lies awake in bed at 3:25 AM, seemingly unable to sleep.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT; Linehan, 1991) is an evidence-based treatment for individuals who struggle with emotion dysregulation, self-harm behaviors and interpersonal difficulties. “Full package” DBT integrates individual psychotherapy, group skills training, coaching calls, and a consultation team for participating providers.

Reflective Training provides opportunities to practice delivering aspects of DBT within individual or group skills-training contexts. RT does not provide comprehensive DBT training.
